プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

ＭＩＺＵＨＩＫＯ株式会社（以下「当社」）は、APEX-KART Asakusa のご予約・ご利用にあたりお預かりする個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）に従い、以下のとおり取り扱います。
MIZUHIKO Co., Ltd. handles personal information under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) as follows.

1. 取得する情報 / What we collect

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、運転免許証の発行国・内容、パスポート情報、事前にアップロードいただいた運転免許証・国際運転免許証/翻訳文・パスポートの画像、ご来店時の写真・動画、決済に関する情報（カード番号は決済代行会社が管理し、当社は保持しません）。
Name, email, phone, licence country and details, passport, and photos of your licence documents and passport if you upload them before your visit, photos and videos, payment records (card numbers are held by our payment provider, not by us).

2. 利用目的 / Purposes

予約の管理・確認連絡、運転資格の確認、安全管理、走行動画・電子ライセンスの作成と送付、お問い合わせ対応、法令に基づく対応、サービス改善。
Managing bookings, checking driving eligibility, safety, creating and sending your video and race licence, support, legal compliance, improving our service.

3. 第三者提供・外国にある第三者への提供 / Sharing and overseas transfer

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。予約・決済・メール送信のため、以下の事業者に業務を委託しており、情報が日本国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります：Stripe, Inc.（決済、米国）、Cloudflare, Inc.（ウェブサイト・データベース、米国）、メール配信事業者（米国）。
We do not share your data except as required by law. We use Stripe (payments, USA), Cloudflare (website and database, USA) and an email delivery provider (USA); data may be processed outside Japan.

4. 保存期間 / Retention

予約情報は法令上必要な期間保存します。事前アップロードされた書類画像は、ツアー日の3日後に自動的に削除します。走行動画は一定期間の保管後に削除します。
Booking records are kept as long as the law requires. Uploaded document photos are deleted automatically 3 days after your tour. Ride footage is deleted after a limited period.

5. 安全管理措置 / Security

アクセス権限の管理、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、委託先の監督など必要な措置を講じます。

6. 開示等の請求・お問い合わせ / Requests and contact
